i found the staff helpful and friendly. the room included a large comfortable bed. i appreciated the good location and excellent attention from the team.
i noticed a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. cleaning should improve as there was a long hair on the bath. i stayed for four nights and it remained there.

i found the location excellent due to its proximity to roma termini. several food options were available just outside (i tried a great pizzeria!). my room included a kettle and a hairdryer which i found useful. the staff arranged my airport transfer which was convenient.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from people in the hallway.
